Flawlessly and quickly replaced the torque converter in my '97 Ford F Series bucket truck. Price was reasonable also. Contact people--Mike and John--very pleasant to deal with. This was the third time I had a vehicle in the Williamsport AAMCO and have yet to experience anything not worthy of an excellent rating.
When I called AAMCO, I was in a foul mood. (Transmission trouble will do that.) But, after speaking with Scott Mitcheltree, I felt hope. The work still needed to be done and the price was still going to be high; but, I no longer felt vulnerable. Scott’s tone was direct yet friendly and kind. He explained how things would be handled and how he would keep in contact with me throughout the process. And, he was true to his word. My vehicle is back and running like new.
